Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams in an agile environmentTechnical Expertise:
Strong background in React (75% frontend) and a good understanding of PythonPrevious hands-on coding experience is requiredReal Estate Technology:
Familiarity with real estate applications or related industries is highly desirableRemote Work:
Comfortable with remote work and able to effectively manage a distributed teamLocal candidates are preferredCommunication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and provide clear technical guidance.
