UPMC McKeesport is looking for an experienced nurse to join our Operating Room! This position will work full-time hours- 4 x 10-hour shifts.
The shift time for this position is 6:
30 am-5 pm with rotating days.

years of experience, $15,000 will be paid to you in a one-time installment within your first 90 days if you make a 2-year agreement to remain with UPMC McKeesport!The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and a member of the care delivery team.
The Professional Staff Nurse is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care.
The Professional Staff Nurse has responsibility, authority, and accountability for the provision of nursing care.
The Professional Staff Nurse manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.
The role of the Professional Staff Nurse encompasses leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision.
The Professional Staff Nurse establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients, and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
The Professional Staff Nurse demonstrates a commitment to the community and the nursing profession.

The individual must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and/or interact appropriately to the ages of the patients served by his/her assigned unit as specified below.
They must also demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs and to provide the care needs as described in the department policy and procedures.
BSN preferred.
Basic Arrhythmia Class and Critical Care Class for ICU Unit.
Completion of an MNR Program, if applicable, minimum of 6 months of continuous employmentLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Current licensure a Registered Professional Nurse.
NIH Certification will be required within 6 months of hire for the following units:
ED, CVU, ICU and 4M.
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
