The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently and efficiently, and have a strong knowledge of computers and data entry software.

Responsibilities:
Computer input into Company databases:
Time Sheets, Orders and Quotes Scan customer orders Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel Prepare freight and overseas shipping paperwork Filing - electronic and paper Keep work area clean and organized Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) High school diploma or equivalent Prior work experience with ERP computer systems and Access databases Ability to work flexible hours and additional hours as needed Good administrative and organizational skills Must possess proper phone etiquette skills Above average keyboarding skills Job Type:
